you know what i meant.Today, tv can be streamed through phonelines.Cant believe the last 2 posts, especially by tobes. Idiot saying they are shared
I was just responding to Sideshow as he seemed puzzled that he couldn't get BT Sport despite being a Sky customer and having 'a BT line' . The Sky customers who can get BT Sport without any BT broadband/phone subscription will get it through the Sky dish which he doesn't have . And the 'BT Line' is just something that was originally BT that Sky have taken over , so not something of any use in dealing with BT unless he wants to move his phoneline back to them , which he clearly don't.I think Ayers was just saying that BT have to give over space and equipment at telephone exchanges to Sky/Talk Talk et al so in that sense they do 'have to share' (the telephone exchanges) .Once Sky or whoever else are providing the line then it is a Sky line really , though referred to as 'BT line' just to distinguish them from Cable telephone lines.

Damn quotes.Silverlight is the MS video streaming software. Nothing to worry about unless you have a *nix box and then it's a bugger to install.
ty Cj170 :) BT are full of **** already, apparently they "launch" at 6pm officially with Live and "exclusive" coverage of the Bayern v Man City game. You know, the one on Betfair for free too.

BT & Espn are being added to the Setanta package here in Ireland. Think it's an extra €20 a month, and given the 12.45pm (BT) and 3pm (Setanta) kick off times for the prem games I think I'll give it a skip.
Setanta, now there IS a bunch of crooks if ever i heard of one. Never did get my refund for their online package of scottish footy etc. when they decided to stop broadcasting online, sorry went "bankrupt" pfff.
ffs at least you have a choice virgin media so no
dont look like missing much
just meant from a legal point of view.
. if they do go is there no way of getting it back?
well I don't really no the guy that sold the box but I got his num off my das mate from football. seemed genuine enough mate and said if any problems give him a buzz. is it just the hd chs going as I have no probs watching normal chs. he did mention it would eventually be cut of but would be a matter of time before back on. why is it expected to go before august?
. do you really believe they will be successful in shuting it down? I seriously hope not but noing with sky they will. if they do anychance theyl get it going again?
looks like its back to sky go for me. only really started working fine last week to a it was not working here and there for a bit. I live in Ireland will this have any affect?
