I received an e-mail from Neteller... looks like a new "withdraw commission"...
The Netellers's attendant said this stuff is exclusively for Betfair, that betfair will charge them and they will charge us.
Just asking you guys if you know something about it...

Hmm, I've got no email like this, use Neteller to deposit/withdraw all the time
