I'm not involved in this but I've lost count of the amount of times previously I've been involved in late night games and BF leave suspend on after something happens. And earlier today on this very subject I posted : ".. Same with leaving the suspend on, jsut stick a timer on their system that nags every minute a suspend is on "are you sure this should be suspended"? It's a no brainer to do this. An absolute no brainer. I accept BF will have human error but it's the fact they simply can't be bothered putting very simple checks and balances into their system that a 17 yr old spotty geek on work experience could put in in a morning that really annoys me about this company."
And I stand by it. Its absolutely INFURIATING for people to (in many cases) be watching betfairs very own stream, they've real money at stake, they can see the match playing and BF have left suspend on after e.g. a card when it would be so EASY for them to stop these mistakes happening, yet they don't make the changes and year in year out this cr*p happens :( |
