Isnt it Howard Webb on duty ? He doesnt like giving out cards anymore since the WC. He tows the FIFA line of letting as much go as possible so as not to ruin the occassion like the other refs in this comp.

Well there's a chance the ref might tone it down as it's a major international on the big stage, but his past record along with Uruguay's tendency to play dirty plus Neymar and his mates diving makes the odds seem worth a bet to me
