i lost money because nigeria are f**cking **** at defending!!!

true mate I did to but kept low stakes in that game just to see what Tahiti were like. I backed Nigeria to win to nil though

i was under 8.5 goals tonight. won a few hundred. was sweating for up until the last minute and then thankfully uruguay started time wasting.

I won £530 tonight and about £300 on the Nigeria game. Missed the others but that's enough for me! Covers a few losses and makes this a pretty good month all in. Cheers Tahiti...if i'd won 50K maybe i'd have booked a holiday there to say thanks in oerson!

Okay coach nice one mate! If tahiti had of scored against Spain and Uruguay I would of been in a mess to be fair lol. But there aren't games like this to often so I staked quite high. Will calm down a bit now :)

memorable for me was the Nigeria one - it was 6-1 and they almost got that second goal -  then i looked at the screen and realised i had an average of 20k (12-38k) green on each of the 4-2,5-2,6-2 and 7-2 ..i had earlier bought the bets at monster prices

i could have kicked something at that moment ,realising how close i was to easily my biggest ever win on BF - and yet i was blissfully unaware before the attempt

you know when you put bets on and you don't expect them to come in -it was one of them insane moments

well smithy , i had written June off as a non month and was getting quite depressed with no footie betting for 2 months ,esp as i am -3k on the horses over the last 5 months

so the tournament has stabilised things a bit - looking forward to the new season

yeah those bets i made on that were merely insurance bets as i had a very heavy red on the 3-2 ...so they were cover if you like ,expecting Nigeria to score more than 3

hi coach what is your attitudde about greening up bets for example on the nigerian game? in my opinion i think i will make a slightly better profit without greening and redding up positions, but at this stage in my betting i prefer less volatility

Likewise coach I thought 2 months of football would kill me but I'm enjoying the summer tbh. Doing a bit of work on the horses myself just seeing i I can learn something over there perhaps. Also playing a lot of football myself and have been busy in the transfer market signing a forward from blackpool for my 6 a side team. We've been bossing the blackburn leagues all summer lol. £500 for winning league In prize money. My blackpool striker has been taken off me though he's inportugal pre season training :(

My plans for the new season is to trade match odds more intensly in play for televised matches but this will mean my profit and loss will be up and down all the time but hopefully worth it in the long run :)

Henok - i do like to green up - but only when the price is right ,i'm rarely tempted to take a profit just because it's there .

In that Nigeria game for example you mention, the odds on the second goal were still 50/1 or more ...so i would have at a guess, been up around £300 - 400max... as it was i had to green up on some to green up on my outstanding reds - the goals were going in way too fast to get any better prices  ,the 4-1 and 5-1 were around 120/1  from memory even after the first goal

I ended up +£200 on CS2 in the end after all that lol

It does take its toll coach all my life evolves around football tbh! My Saturday afternoon team recently folded so theres been a four way battle to sign me up and I've signed on for the best team now. I was loving the attention though so kept dragging it out lol. I bet Gareth bale is loving it!!

Wouldn't the world cup be much better if there was no qualification?  Just turn up, and the minnows would play in preliminary groups in the weeks before the main event.  The best of the minnows would then  join the main groups.  I would love to see Tahiti V San Marino, or Vietnam V Jordan, England V Suriname.

DNB on Japan, few other plays went South. Won well on goals in Spain vs Tahiti match but that was the one thing saving it from being a disaster!

gotta say, I've really enjoyed this tournament. totally failed to register with me tilla few days before, but it's been great so far.

7 proper teams and one joke side could be the way forward.

i usually cant be bothered with this tourney but its been a revelation and far more enjoyable than some major tournaments (ACN for example)
