What's the points penalty? Are they allowed to start the season in administration?

If they end up being liquidated , will Dundee F.C. be put into the top flight again ? And how much time will they be given to prepare for the season ahead ? Last season it was a farcical situation with "Club 12" being listed in the fixtures . Sadly for Scottish Football , it's the same administrators that predicted ARMAGEDDON that have their hands on the reins .Angry

lurka I think you will find nobody wants Celtic in their league.

One day it might sink in.

or they may try to join up with clubs from other leagues. this is happening already in russia/ukraine and in slovak league also belgian/dutch women's league. precedent is set, so matter of time really. Celtic would bring huge support to lower english games, i doubt many chairmen would have a problem with that.

If Hearts do play in the top flight 2013/14 , it could be long difficult struggle . And when you add the 15 point penalty , they would be doing really well to avoid relegation . Worst case could be the dream of former owner , Wallace Mercer , coming true .One professional club in Auld Reekie ! Who would have thought that at the time of the "Hands Off Hibs" campaign .

If Hearts follow Rangers and get demoted (if they liquidate), Dundee FC can go whistle. Morton will be up.

Settle down lads. IF Hearts come through this as a fan owned club, or even 50% fan owned, a lot of you might end up jealous.

The last of Romanov's clubs to be liquidated. He may have been a chancer but he had the right idea and I'm genuinely sorry it hasn't worked out.

Last heard of financing the Belarus national stadium.

Shrewd, jocky obviously doesn't use the forum much, if he's calling ME a Hibby.Laugh

CJ70, people forget that Hearts were over £20m in debt when Vlad took over. The real culprit is Chris Robinson.

If he hadn't have annoyed so many people and the bank was still running I think what he attempted could possibly have worked. He did wonders for Lithuanian players and there still should be people at Hearts who reap the reward of that link up.

Hearts should have signed the prolific Arturas Rimkevicius in January if it wasn't for the transfer embargo.

When the Celtic manager was attacked on the touchline at Tynecastle, the home "fans" were singing "What's it like to live in fear!" Shocked
This latest turn events would seem like some kind of karmaCool
Always looked to copy their hun cousins, so no real surprise at the possibility of administration Blush

For the avoidance of doubt, nobody should take any notice of shudacuda, as he's been thoroughly exposed as being utterly clueless LaughLaugh

The point being missed by so many is that Scottish football is on the rocks. Did Celtic fans really enjoy last season? An empty victory in the SPL, humping Hibs in the cup final without breaking sweat. You NEED competition to strengthen. HIbs fans btw, some of whom are apparently delirious over the Hearts situation, need to wake up. £8m in debt, no Griffiths next season (without his goals last season Hibs might've beat Dundee to the drop), no Rangers games next season and possibly no Hearts next or the next again. Time to look at the big picture.

Is it any different to Celtic spouting off every season about how they want to leave the SPL and head to England.

The rest of the clubs should give them a choice, stop talking down the SPL and try and improve it or else fukc off immediately.

If you were a member of any association and talked it down like them ,you would be out the door asap.

Call their bluff as no league wants them or their ugly sister from across the city.
