Evidently British law is an ass again. The duration between when he did this and the punishment means that he serves less time?

Im suprised this is still on the Liverpool fc offical website Shocked
Once again you use child abuse to score your pathetic anti liverpool internet points - you really are boring, lonely, greasy, slimy filth aren't you? |
|
By:
In all fairness the best way of disassociating yourself from child abuse comments would be to remove articles by child abusers from the official website. Just a thought.

Maybe Liverpool fc give the thumbs up to that sort of disgusting carry on
|

Then write to LFC in disgust and ask to get it taken down.

Kenny Dalglish and Graeme Souness requested they keep that article up on site , they had good public relations with Hall

he pleaded guilty which saved them poor girls going through it all again in court, so they have to be lenient to him in the hope of future confessions from others.
if anyone comes forward with even more serious allegations they can prosecute him again |

Probably be lucky to survive it.

if you hack into a government website or are a government whistleblower, expect at least 3 times the sentence of a rapist or child molester. What does that tell you about who is pulling the strings?

erm, he actually pleaded not guilty and called them all liars in public. then changed his plea when it became obvious he was going to be found guilty. classic paedophile cynical self-absorption.
can't believe liverpool still have that on their site. hopefully fans with a bit more class than spyker will have a word and get it taken down. |

"classic paedophile cynical self-absorption."
how do you know? |

not just normal paedophile cynical self-absorption but classic paedophile cynical self-absorption

Whistleblower Ben Fellows is now on the run following death threats against his family; his reward for outing 'minister without brain', Nobby Clarke, who according to the old bill, is above the law and cannot be charged with anything; and for exposing the rampant paedophilia at the BBC (he was plied with booze and coke as a 13yo by Oyster Rantzid of NSPCC and Childline fame).
If you can afford to miss a tenner or so, Ben is a bit short right now and can certainly use it. http://www.gofundme.com/399sqk?utm_campaign=Emails&utm_source=sendgrid.com&utm_medium=email |

The Attorney General is to review the "unduly lenient" sentence handed to Hall.
|
|
By:
classic in the sense of typical. congratulations on a spectacularly pointless post.
|
|
By:
i started reading the report on his sentence thinking 15 months is about right, what are the complaints about, and feeling sympathetic to the old bloke, but then i read of his premeditated, sustained abuse and the effects and wow he is so lucky he wasn't given a sentence so that he dies in prison, i would have thought five years more appropriate, guilty plea or not
and i promise you i am no hang 'em high merchant. |
|
By:
i think 5 years was the max , but some charges were set aside according to the press and they may have been the more serious ones
it only takes one official complaint about the sentence to trigger a potential review it still seems as though a deal was done to plead guilty and get this sentence 15 months seems like nothing to me too, but if it draws similar guilty pleas from others it is worthwhile , imo |

+1 Happy Valley
the only reason he's being sentenced as an old man is he was devious and callous enough to get away with it for so long. plus, they decided to leave a rape charge "on file". let's see if the old fecker can find a shakespearean quote to describe being done up the @rse in the showers by mr big. |

When he was on Its a knockout, his incessant laughing used to remind me of those machines you saw outside the Arcades with the laughing policeman/ sailor etc. Don't think Mr Hall is laughing so loud now!
