A World Cup qualifier and this would be great odds (even at 1.02). But I'm presuming this is a friendly, so you can't trust such a short price.

If any of his teams have won a match in a training session that's all the experience they need to triumph here Laugh

Spot on. The only exception to that and most rules in football is San Marino.

Surely a nation of Italy's standing in world football could've lined up a better home friendly than San Marino?!

How many goals here?
By:

Three minimum, surely. Might be worth doing some low correct scores, Italy may treat this like a training match. At the same time, it's San Marino.

To be fair any game against San Marino is pretty much a training match. Attack v defence practise.

I'd expect UQ to come in before the inevitable wave of 2nd half subs slow the game down.

Clean sheet on here is 1.23 which isn't too bad. The fact it is a friendly puts me off but in case anybody else is interested.

Soccerway says San Marino have only played two away friendly games, 0-4 Italy and 2-2 Liechtenstein.

Over 1.5 is 1.03 but I'm gonna give it a miss. Probably do some low correct scores for fun, I see 3-0 @ 10.00.

I would usually avoid friendlies but sometimes and except would be San Marino! Italy who are quite good defensively are playing a team that barely scores! I think if you back odds that low 1.23 seems to be a good bet? Yes they scored 2 against Liechtenstein but they are not Italy! Even Moldova didn't let in a goal vs them!

Prandelli is under pressure from the media following the lastest lacksture results such as 2-0 vs malta....

I expect them to win 4-0 Plus here

Prandelli has said this game will be used to test new players, and some main players are injured or left out, so I would wait to see the team before any bets.

We are talking about san marino... I would take any odd against them to be true... 1.02 seems fair enough.

I read a quote from Prandelli that he could be involved. Only really relevant for people backing big scores, I suppose.

"Italy reserves" are surely going to be enough to BEAT San Marino so the 1.02 is going to be fairly safe! Backing high scores is a risk without knowing the team. I still think an italy clean sheet at about 1.3ish would be a good bet!

Under 8.5 is 1.09 which looks decent. 9-0 is a big ask for a competitive match, let alone a friendly. 9-0 could be backed on B et365 @ 23.00 just in case.
