Chelsea v Spurs

Stating the obvious here but, with both sides having absolutely everything to play for, it promises to be a lively and entertaining game.

Chelsea win, Spurs are out the race.  Spurs win, it's far from over for Chelsea and would make for an exciting end to the season with two games left for them & Arsenal - with only a point between them.

Over 3.5, plenty corners and perhaps a red.  Chelsea to win.
