A point away is ok, but the problem is, that England are in the weakest of all the European groups and we aren't certain to win this group yet. Played well 1st half, but our passing, is still rather poor and will get punished by better sides than Montenegro.

Exactly. Most of the 66 team enjoy a gamble and a drink. These little pricks who make up the team today would rather donk their cash off on bling and overpriced cars and houses. None of them are fit to clean the boots of the 66 or 1990 England teams.
Report cricnut March 26, 2013 10:17 PM GMT
In all honesty, what needs to happen, is each club needs to develop youngsters and play them in the Premier League, instead of what happens now, where we have managers, paying ridiculous money for average and over-rated foreigners, who are playing instead of a promising young English player. England will not have a good team for at least 10 years, so its get rid of foreign managers, get rid of foreign players and develop British players like it was 30/40 years ago.
Report Danno March 26, 2013 10:17 PM GMT
How many times have England gone 1-0 up and failed to win in, say, the past dozen years.

Seems to happen time after time after time, particularly in competitive matches. They just score then start to get deeper & deeper.

Think it's happened in every tournament during those years.
Report Captain Christy March 26, 2013 10:19 PM GMT
This is what they get for favouring pisspoor manure players and not giving players from other clubs a chance, Smalling, Cleverley and Wellbeck should be nowhere near the first team.

loke everyone else i was totaly unimpresed by england against montenegro but to say they are totsaly shyte is of course nonsense. please remind me how many games england have lost in the last50 odd games(not many id say). we all know that england are far from oustanding  but their high world ranking is based on overll results and not on how pretty they play.theyll probably go on to qualify  from the group(quite possibly as winners) and qualify from whatever group the nd up in , in the finals then struggle at the knock out stages.in the meantime the world/european champions may well have to get there via a playoff.i dont actually think the draw gainst montenegro was a  poor result but agree the performance was poor and id say england were lucky to get a point.
