I'm very surprised Russia agreed to this game, bearing in mind they were due to play N.Ireland on Saturday. Perhaps they intended to field a 'second team' - and perhaps they still do?
Best to wait for the teams to come through. |
By:
Well they were due to play Northern Ireland on Friday originally which would have been the case when they agreed to this game. I believe they will field a full strength side considering they had no game at the weekend and you don't play a 2nd string against Brazil.
By:
Yes, don't see the issue with playing friday then a friendly on monday. Not exactly overdoing it is it.
By:
best bet for this Biscuit?
By:
Seeing as they've played 1 friendly since November and their next game isn't till June I think it's quite clear they'll be wanting to play a full strength side for most of the game at least.

By:
Yes, just realised it was supposed to be Friday v NI.
BTTS might be a worthwhile bet, I think. |

+2.5. I also think Brazil are much more likely than Russia to field an experimental lineup. Brazil have looked very vulnerable at the back lately, shipping chances galore against England and Italy. I wouldnt be surprised if Big Phil does something radical like go 5 at the back tonight.
I've had a little dabble on Roman Shirokov anytime scorer, and I reckon Fred is most likely for Brazil as he is a shoe-in to play up top tonight. |
By:
1.77 over 2.5 goals good bet ?
By:
Corners for me here ..
By:
russia, having played no game over the weekend, and with no worries over the weather conditions, maybe worth a small interest here, as they are certain to put out their best team too, whereas brazil will certainly change theres around...
oh i dont know, i will wait and see the teams 1st i think |
By:
goal likely?
By:
Julio César, Daniel Alves, Thiago Silva, David Luiz e Marcelo; Fernando, Hernanes, Oscar e Kaká; Neymar e Fred.
By:
Russia look huge at 5/1. Should be 3/1 at best. All of my bets tonight will be structured around them doing well against the inconsistent Brazil. BTTS is also a very good bet at 5/6 with Fred. Very good bet.
Russia win @ 5/1 Russia/Draw Double Chance @ 11/8 BTTS @ 5/6 Rus to score 2 or more @ 11/4 Rus to score 3 or more @ 12/1 Good luck if you play. |
