Since the mistake was made on the rules previously, we have amended the rules so that they do not show this. However, the rules were shown on site the same as you will see on this weekends FA cup fixtures for which I have attached a screenshot. As we listed these rules and the matches were reduced by 10 minutes we had to void all bets.

This shows the exact rules we listed for the markets and as such we will not be issuing any Betfair customers good will or compensation for this.
