Simple competition to see who really knows their stuff!
Rules are simple, you have until Friday 15th March to declare your interest in the competition, you cannot enter after that.
You have to post 1 tip before Saturday each week, starting this Saturday the 16th.
The tip must be for a game played over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), no other tips count.
The tip must be of odds evens (2), give or take .1 ( so between 1.9 and 2.1)
It can be for any league, any market, but has to be on football and must be settled over the weekend.
I will keep a table of names, picks, win %, etc.

Hopefully betfair might feel generous and give the winner some freebets, if not I will try and arrange a prize myself :)

haha, at the end of the season I will sort the table out. For 1st place it will be on number of wins and picks- IE 6 from 9 would beat 6 from 7. Every other place will be done on %.

only difference between corinthians match odds and corinthians on the -0.25 asian is if its a draw you get half your stake refunded. i had to take the -0.25 because the match odds on corint were too high around 2.3

I think we will continue the competition with MysticMug, rasperrybottom and POT.NOODLE.HEAD until we have a full out winner if that is okay with you guys? If so you three will have to pick a bet by wednesday for any game in any league between now and wednesday. The odds cannot be lower than 1.9 but can be as high as you wish, we will continue like that until there is one left who will be declared the winner. How does that sound you three?

Yes I am trying to get a prize for next time, but betfair dont seem to want to cough up- probably due to investing so much in an unnecessary sports book site!

MysticMug and raspberry bottom, you both have to pick a bet with the minimum odds of 2 now, it will get tougher and tougher, it can be as high as you wish. The game must be played on or before this Friday. Thanks!

Cruz Azul win 1-0 so you are through MysticMug. Al Ahly look to be 2-0 up so I would say you are through raspberry bottom!
