Had a read from the website but not sure what they are, is there any simply answer to what they are or when to use them.

You get charged 5% commission on your bets, I think if you get a certain amount of points it reduces your commission IE down to 4% meaning you get more money in your bets. Each week your points total goes down by a %, the only way to stop the points going down is to book a points holiday, meaning a % will not be taken off
