Can see a lot of value in Ross County tonight, unbeaten in 8 games, winning 6 of these. January signing Ivan Sproule has added a new dimension to County's play and given them what they were lacking for the first half of the season, potency in front of  goal with 5 goals in his first five appearances. Midfielder and departing captain Richie Brittian has also been in fine form and is looking to go out with a bang, chipping in with 7 goals this season. Since January County's play has all come together, I have watched them many times this season and while they were playing well at the back, they couldn't find that way to goal, which has changed in recent weeks, including Saturdays impressive 3-0 victory against then 2nd placed Motherwell and they are pushing to cement their top six place, which is way above expectation. There has even been whispers of european football at Dingwall with them only 3 points off 2nd spot.

Aberdeen on the other hand have had a well below par season, they got off to a decent start, however I feel that Niall McGinn has more than covered his team with his 16 goals, often covering up his team deficiencies. Before Saturday when Rory Fallon scored in the 1-1 draw with Kilmarnock, no one had scored for Aberdeen apart from McGinn since 2nd Jan and even McGinn had only found the net three times since then. Aberdeen are on a terrible run of form, their past ten games read W2 D4 L6 and those two wins came against the SPL trailers Dundee who look certain for the drop.

Stranger things have happened than an Aberdeen victory tonight but I feel at these odds County cannot be ignored especially as they have a full squad to choose from whereas the Dons have Clark, Considine and Osbourne out and Shaughnessy a doubt with a broken nose. I will be having a lay of Aberdeen @2.2 with a 4/10 stake and a back of County with 2/10 stake.

Dons were very unlucky on Sat against Killie.Missed about 4 clear cut chances, hit the post and denierd a stick on penalty.

However they have only scored 14 goals in 14 home games. One day they will knock in a few but County are very well organised.

Dons have to go for it if they are to finish in top 6
