I normally go on over 10.5 on certain teams (Southampton, Spurs, Newcastle, WBA (Depending on who they play) and Liverpool).

In fairness to Mancini though he wasn't supported in the transfer market last summer.  Rather than adding one or two top players who would improve their starting 11 they signed a load of squad players.
