whats the ruling here if they call it off? match settled as draw or all bets voided?
If the event is not completed within three days after the scheduled completion date, then all bets on markets for this event will be void, except for bets on any markets that have been unconditionally determined.
How can you call a match off due to the weather with 7 mins left???
its been foggy since at least half time when i started watching, and the game was officially stopped with like 12/13 minutes left

Rules are clear in Portugal: When game is interrupted because of weather, 30 minutes will be given by the referee to assess conditions and a possible restart. If after 30 minutes conditions are still not sufficient, remaining game will be played in the following day at 16:00. If at 16:00 of the following day there are still no conditions, game will be undefinitely postponed.
doesnt look that bad for 7 mins play-the laws are that if the ref on half way can see both goals its ok

Now I don't understand why Betfair always locks our money away. Bettors should be able to trade their positions whenever they want. It's always the same cr@p. I'm not concerned having bet under 4.5 goals but I may not be interested in continue to play.

Surely the 0-0 backers will have exited with most of the stake by 76 mins, would not expect too much goalmouth action between these 2 in the remaining time either.

Yes indeed. Portugal time = UK/Ireland time (GMT).
Why is this game still suspended? They could easily add current situation to each markets "rules" page and unsuspend markets.

Because they don't have "agents" there, all the betting houses hire the same agents who broadcasts them results.

They don't open games if they have not their agents, even if you have live broadcasts, which tells you hw much they trust TV

I remember they reopened an exactly identical situation one year ago and there was not even broadcast available. So, we can take our conclusions.
