well obviously the likes of Neville, Butt, Blanc, Veron and Forlan have had remarkably unsuccessful football careers.

I can vouch for Paddy Roche. Absolutely desperate.

Ralph Milne and Ashley Grimes have to be in there imo.

There's some very good players in that list that for whatever reason never did it at United...Forlan for example became a goal machine after leaving United

Veron could not play with keane and came 10 years to early....Imagine him running the midfield now, a very good footballer even into his late 30's

It was no suprise he played his best with Phil "P unit" Neville alongside him....P unit done the donkey work and let him get on with it...When he and Keane played together they both wanted to come short to start of play and the balance was just not there...Argentina would not have been tanked so heavily against Argentina in South Africa if they has used him to control that game....He did look very good in that tournament even though a pensioner..

People keep going om about the legendary Man Utd team of the 60/70's the truth is there wasn't one, all I remember is a team that never used to win anything with a few luxury players like George Best.

Man U of the 60/70 were like Newcastle when Gazza played for them apart from one season, the won the title on Gola difference and then won the European Cup in an era when even Villa could win it.

What a pathetic attempt at naming their worst 11. The side named above, if all at full fitness during their time at MU, would be challenging for Champions League football, at minimum.

I never saw him play but Ralph Milne was voted the worst ever player in Charlton's history so he must've been truly shocking. How he then ended up at United a year later is beyond anyone.
