Trouble is its not the EPL, its the FPL AND MOST OF THOSE ARE 3RD 4TH 5TH AND 6TH RATE FOREIGNERS. The clubs need to get rid of foreign mangers, bring in more British managers. Do exactly the same with the players. In about 10/15 years time.
a) we might have a decent England team
b) the foreigners won't know any players strengths and weakness's, because they'll all have dissappeared to another country to play their 2nd/3rd rate football.
C) allowing our country to play to its strengths, without someone from every country knowing how each English player plays.
