Where is the liquidity in the day?

Is there any way of searching on here for games with the most liquidity or is it a case of going into each individual game and market to find the money?

Out of interest, I see almost 9 Million is matched in The Premier League Winner 2012/2013 market , does this money just sit in their bank account gaining interest until May or does it not work like that, and what if Betfair went bust? I am sure this has been asked before , just curious?
