At the risk of severe egg on ones face around 3.30 on sunday is this the stand out price of the season ?? Almost even money for the league leaders at home v a mid table team they are 21 points in front of ..I know the history of the fixture/ clubs is factored into this but what price were United when they played West Brom at home who are 2 points ahead of Liverpool...after 21 games theres no lies in the league table

Amazing value , smash the bejesus out of them

I am sure you are fortunes in front from backing Man Utd v Pool lately Wink

These prices are NEVER wrong on here because they are not formulated by a bookies trader , the market settles itself between the views on thousands

If in YOUR opinion it is a great price on your tissue or based on YOUR views you should smash it accordingly but I simply can't see a "WRONG" price as with many of these threds

GL whatever you do but Pool seem to raise their game against their neighbours

have to say this is the least confident ive been going into a game like this.

we may raise our game but tactics and formationwise we need to have a different approach.

really dont think rodgers will do that.

then its all down to luis suarez and whether he can have one of those days where he causes havoc on his own.

think its asking a bit much.

I agree and think Man Utd should win but I wouldn't want to slam the odds on to find out if i am right

Suarez vs that terrible back 4 could be interesting , even more so if they play Sturridge along side

Liverpool were far better than Utd for most of the game at Anfield and should have won but for some terrible refereeing and missed chances

Price is about right for those that HAVE to bet but I wouldn't call it "value"

As for comparing WBA to Liverpool based on the table is pathetic and shows WHY the OP shouldn't be allowed his own money

How many times would WBA go to Old Trafford and get a result compared to ANY Liverpool team , silly point to make as if it is like reading form on the horses

how else are you meant to compare teams in a league?  You seem to imply that if liverpool were playing in league 2 they would still have a better chance than WBA just because they are liverpool.   The reason Liverpool have a better record against Utd than WBA is because historically, Liverpool have had better squads than WBA. Historic results mean very little.

I used West Brom as an example as they are in a similar upper mid table place after 21 games a sample which reflects fairly where you belong in the current campaign and theres no way United would be almost even money to beat them....just because the 11 players opposing United on sunday are playing under the Liverpool banner doesnt automatically make them a superior side to West Brom and my whole point was that the market is priced up simply because they are "Liverpool" and not from the evidence of them as a football team over the current season...additionally for your informationUnited have won 6 out of the last 7 premier league home fixtures v Liverpool and 5 out of their last 7 prmeier league home fixtures v West Brom....so thats "how many times WBA would go to Old Trafford and get a result complated to ANY Liverpool team "...silly point to make without doin your research first which shows why you shouldnt be allowed your boyfriends money never mind your own HTH :-)

you dont.

you work each team out on their own individual basis.

Agree that 1.94 is a great price. In fact, the price briefly touched 2.0, before the appointment of the match officials. Amazing value.

Well they must be wrong sometimes as the price moves around so much

1.94 when this thread began
2.04 a few hours later
1.75 earlier

they can't all be right

Compare the teams to the game at Anfield.
then/probable

Liverpool

                Reina
Kelly/Wisdom Skrtel Agger Johnson
          Gerrard Allen/Lucas
           Shelvey/Henderson
Suarez Borini/Sturridge Sterling

United

          Lindegaard/De Gea
      Rafael Ferdinand Evans Evra
Valencia Giggs/Cleverley Carrick Nani/Young
     Kagawa/Hernandez Van Persie

How do those teams look?

prefer over 2.5.  will get on if still 0-0 after 15/20mins (and if the game has some life in it)
