So will Roy now pick Sturridge over Carroll, just because he now plays for Liverpool

Sturridge is a better footballer than caroll, caroll is capable of having  agame where hes virtually unplayeable, but they are very few and far between

Sturridge makes too many bad decisions to be a top class player.  If that can be coached out of him, he may become a decent player.

All I have read is people saying Sturridge is selfish and makes bad decisions.  He is only 23 years old, still learning his trade.

If I was a young english player I'd retire whilst Roy is anywhere near the international set up. His footballing philosophy ceased to be relevant in anything approaching top level football over 40 years ago.
