layed sheva before 11 oclock,had the match page on with betting slip showing,all of a sudden the slip dissapeared saying i had no bet on this match,strange.

xamixas, i agree, i dont know why they voided if the game is actually being played. but the cash is back in my acc.
Mine still stands in under/over 2.5, I managed to trade out for a small profit quite some time before KO though.
if a match starts and bf does not turn it in play by mistake their policy is to void all bets placed after the actual kickoff.
i had a matched bet on 10 minutes before kick off. then it was suspended and after the BF message came up, the funds went back into my account and my bet is listed as void in the currents bets section.
hmm, the bet is shown as "placed" 10 minutes before kick off, it may have been matched after ko i guess, in which case that explains why it has been voided.
the kick off listed on BF site was wrong, the match started 30 minutes earlier. that's what caused all the problems. look at the name of this thread, btw.
The 1-2 is in Israel Liga Bet South. The match we are on is in the Israel Liga Alef South. I think!
There seems to be a lot of confusion on the correct names of the teams on Bet365 and Betfair
'our' match is still 1-0, the only goal was scored in 69'

they cannot offer in-play but i doubt they will refund
this technical difficulties has happened a lot and not once did they refund
