Just wondering which clubs are associated with each code in the Irish League,I know Linfield and Cliftonville are opposite sides of the spectrum,but don't know about any of the others.

Nearly all loyalist, Portadown, Glentoran, Ballinamallard of the top of my head
Dungannon are the opposite side. |

Glentoran - Protestant Ballinamallard - Protestant Crusaders - Protestant Portadown - Protestant Lisburn Distillery - Mixed Coleraine - Protestant Donegal Celtic - Catholic Dungannon Swifts - Mixed Ballymena Utd - Protestant Glenavon - Mixed Cliftonville - Catholic I think not 100% though !!! |

Freddiek, They went bust the way Rangers did recently. Heard a few days ago they are going to start from scratch again as a new club. They'd went bust over something like £25000 which there ex manager was looking from them.

I would say most teams have supporters of both religions, but apart from linfield/IFA, you won't hear any sectarianism now. |

Efisio nothing corrupt about religion but plenty corruption from those who purport to be religous but fail to live by it,remember wherever or whatever when human beings are involved all the vices are there to see,don,t blame religion.
