Some help with multiples please?

I have had a five fold today with three legs already in. I have backed Inter and Napoli for the last two legs tomorrow. I want to lay it off on the multiples market. If they both win I win £320. How do I go about laying these two on the multiples market? Can't quite understand the rules on it? Also, does the returns include my stake? Thanks if anyone can help
