You bunch of muppets, overall Betfair do a good job,  take the hit and move on.

I've lost money in crashes, luckily I was out tonight, it happens, **** happens, they don't benefit from such hitches.

If it wasn't for Betfair, where else would you be trying make your fortune? not the online bookies, they shut you down in a heartbeat as soon as they sense you're a real pro gambler and are costing them money and betquack is cack, so don't bite the hand that feeds you when their hands tongiht was tied behind their backs.

Stop whinging and grow some balls.

All the best

mes.

You may find that some of us are the bitten hands that feeds them when Betfair f*cks up. Otherwise they wouldn't be here today.

Any muppet can set up a forum using free software that responds 10 times faster than this pile of ****. That should tell you something. Their core product is the exchange and they have sacrificed speed and ease of use with all of the extra junk attached to it. It's been said before, but the decision makers at Betfair don't understand or appreciate the punters. The original concept was excellent, but as with most success stories, they've forgotten their roots.

Thankyou and goodnight Betfair customer services.  Great Philosophy**** Happens"....deal with it?  Take your Exsistentialist bullshit and retract your balls back into your body. Betfair don't deserve half of their customers and the consequent profits they make from them, as they do not provide a good enough service, and no glib defence of their lack of adequate technology will stand up to scrutiny....so I will continue to whinge until Betunfair puts its house in order...or (Please God) a viable alternative appears.

The site has run like a wet week since they introduced all this casino, live casino, arcade, top slots? junk on the site. When I first joined the site was still simple and fast to use. At the very least could they not set up a new website for this crap and just link it on the main page. That could speed the site up.

Spot on. Betfair was/is brilliant but the constant addition of extra arcade games, the absolutely dreadful beta site and the constant 'please wait while the market loads' are a complete shambles. Sadly, as everyone knows, there is no viable alternative hence why they get away with it being so sh*t.

You cant go two days on this site without them apologising for the racing videos not working.

Last night the Metalist Leverkuesen game was stuck in SUSPEND for over 5 minutes after the second half started and Metalist scored. Too much garbage on here like games , arcade etc and its ruining the reliability which lets face it we pay more than enough for.
