Right been doing this for a while but thought I would start an official thread to see how it goes.  Always a true test of a system if you put it on a thread on Betfair.

I will be betting on HT/FT reverses for both teams when:

Both prices are above 28
Barclays Premier League Games
£5 single on each

I might tweak it every now and then but see how it goes to start:

Man City/Aston Villa - 130
Aston Villa/Man City - 30

Arsenal/Tottenham - 36
Tottenham/Arsenal - 25 -  game doesn't qualify

Liverpool/Wigan - 80
Wigan/Liverpool 27 -  currently doesnt qualify (if price gets to 28 it will)

Newcastle/Swansea - 50
Swansea/Newcastle - 30

Norwich/Man United - 25 - game doesn't qualify
Man United/Norwich  - 60

QPR/Southamption - 40
Southampton/QPR - 28

Reading/Everton - 28
Everton/Reading - 46

West Brom/Chelsea - 28
Chelsea/West Brom - 40

fulham/Sunderland - 48
Sunderland/Fulham - 29

West Ham/Stoke - 50
Stoke/West Ham - 32

£70 staked so far.

Let's see how it goes Grin

Interesting

what's your reason for this kind of bet/why more than 28/how have you been doing so far?
Report d13phe November 15, 2012 1:50 PM GMT
28 gives me a chance to break even with 14 games (approx)

I have never recorded it (hence this thread) but I would say it has done quite well over the past few years although I have tried to be more selective.

Im not being selective now, just purely on price.

HT/FT cross swithes work best with "semicrosses" for me. Four bets on a match look like this
home/away, away/home, home/draw, away/draw. If it goes your way there are always flexible trading options
Report d13phe November 15, 2012 2:11 PM GMT
not looking to trade bloody

purely lump and leave.

Also done the championship and staked £5 on each switch.

Not one price below 32 Grin

The Championship has had big swings this season - it seems any team can beat any other. A lot can happen in 45 minutes
Report Johnny_Mustang November 15, 2012 2:19 PM GMT
I've been doing this bet for around three years. Most recent winners were England game last night and Man City at weekend. Good thing for this season is that the market is in play, which makes for great trading if a goal is scored. Was not in play previous years. Don't ask me if I'm up or down though because I don't keep a level stakes record - it's a good fun bet though.

first week started well

£5 landed at £46 - £230 - Everton/Reading

£160 profit from week 1 in the Premier League

No Reverses in the Championship so £120 down there.

£40 profit overall with one game to go

Here's a suggestion.
Take your money and run.

Since 1992 there have been 125 HA & 167 HA in 7935 games Premiership games.
You'd need an average price of over 60/1 to even get close to breaking even after commission.

Do yourself a massive favour.
