Second leg of their Copa Sudamericana Quarter Final tie.

The Brazilian's won 2-0 in Chile but Univ did play with 10 men for over an hour (they were already 2-0 down, tbf) and they are the defending champions so won't go down without a fight.

Sao Paulo are 1.72 to lay and there could be some mileage in this as a) they don't need to win to progress, and b) they have a big game with Gremio coming up at the weekend where a victory would close the gap to 1pt for automatic qualification for the Copa Libertadores.

Thoughts?

What about overs @ 2.00? UDC need to go for it surely which will lead to an open game and gaps at the back.

If the match is 0-0, 1-1 or even 0-1, Sao Paulo aren't going to be pushing for a goal.

Think they should be nearer evens so am laying them.

just depends on their attitude, if they needed a win i would back them at that price, they've been one of the most improved teams in brazil past few months

I got 1.08 at 2-0, was watching a film and was just debating backing SP at 1.29 before the 2nd.  Bit of an unfair matchup, especially when SP are at home.

would expect SP to ease up in the 2nd as they play Gremio at the weekend

they are prob 6/5 to win it out now, they are guaranteed in the final really, cos Catolica and Indepen r both rubbish. Only Gremio to beat, or Millionarios cud b tricky as they r only higher seeded team left in, so 2nd leg of final wud b difficult in colombia
By:
POT.NOODLE.HEAD
When: 08 Nov 12 00:41
so you think sp will win it then joe?

i watched both millionarios games when they played in brazil recently, they werent great and created little chances
By:
joe9000
When: 08 Nov 12 00:45
lucas wants 2 win it b4 he leaves 4 PSG and to be totally honest its not the hardest comp in the world to win if you actually try. of the 7 that r left u can put a line thru Indepen, catolica and tigre. Leaves Cerro, SP, Gremio and Millionarios who r trying.Obv SP r in bottom of draw, the other 3 are in top so obv SP r big favs
