Yeah, because Lazio take this competition seriously don't they?
This pick is based solely on Panathinaikos' poor team and internal issues. They suck.
Lazio will want to win to pay for their travel expenses. 
Looks like a low-scoring affair to me, possibly a draw. Panathinaikos have drawn their last six home games and only beat Motherwell (3 - 0) in a Champions League qualifier. Scoring goals is difficult for them (only 1 goal in two EL games, 6 in 7 league games). Sure looks like they're not good enough at the moment to beat even a (probably) weakened Lazio side, but whether the visitors care enough to do the extra bit required for the win knowing they have to travel to Fiorentina at the weekend?
All in all, the lay sounds good. Lazio +0.5 @ 1.3 looks alright, too. A bit better odds but not much liquidity, so if you're not betting too heavily that might be worth a look.

Udinese got a better chance than Lazio imo and they are 2.70
FYI: I am not laying Panathinaikos or betting on Lazio +0.5 myself. I only mentioned it for those who intend to follow agaz and were looking for an alternative. Of course, if you strongly believe Lazio will field a side that's not strong enough to beat Panathinaikos, CJ70's bet of Panathinaikos +0.5 has much better value.

Seitaridis is thick as it gets, I doubt he will lose any sleep over it
pray for the 1-1 , if lazio score soon then a void is very possible
they are going to take a break possibly for the tear gases to subside
