Is it me or do they settle markets against you so that you have to check your bet and get in touch with them to say that they did it incorrectly? Or are there other people out there that also have this issue?

Put a bet on with them 5 weeks ago which still hasnt been settled. Was told the issue was to do with settings at the game?
Took them about 45 minutes to pay out in shop on Silva top assists last season the day after the final day. Kept telling me it was a loser, I kept telling them it wasn't. Poor guy was ringing various head office people, at one point tried to tell me that Darren Bent was the winner - a guy that had been injured for most of the season. One of my mates who did it online also had it settled as a loser. Eventually they paid us both though.
