useless the pair of them. Scholes was a legend but he's old and slow and only useful to bring on at the end of games. Carrick is **** end of. What does Anderson have to do to get a game seriously?? I know he's inconsistent but that's coz he doesn't get played consistently. fergie does my head in sometimes. Might get away with it today against Stoke but when is he gonna realise Carrick and scholes lose us games.

exactly...better coming off the bench. If I was Anderson I'd leave Old Trafford coz if he's not gonna get picked over Carrick then there's no hope.
And yes Scholes and Carrick playing together has lost us games. People keep digging at the defence but it's CLEARLY because there's no protection in front of them. It makes their jobs 10 times harder. Notice how against Newcastle when we brought Cleverley in for Scholes all of a sudden the defence look back to their old selves again. It's because Scholes just gets the run around against any team with a bit of pace.
I hope you take over fergie when he retires...you sound especially shrewd

I'm prseuming the author of this thread is a World class player himself to slate one of Englands best EVER players and a current international??? Guess only happy if Man Utd win 5-0 every game and have 100% of the ball?

I'm just stating what's been blindingly obvious to most man utd and england fans all season. I don't have to be a world class football player to point that out.
surprise surprise we've conceded 2 goals at home to stoke and Carrick and Scholes are the dynamic midfield duo starting for us today.
