munter i mean players cant use their left foot(even some of those who are left footed)practically no player can hit the ball first time when it comes across him from left to right(or right to left)wingers cannot cross the ball.By the way no manager seems to know this but the ball should rarely be crossed anyway, players should run straight to the box when poss.Icant think of one player who uses his brain to do something different-the basics are beyond them. Also they might ask themselves why are so many goals scored before half time and full time(i know but evidently footballers and managers dont! Icould go on

And of course 90% of players are poor finishers.A lot of players can not technically kick the ball correctly..i could name some that might be a surprise

The thing that drives me mad is players leaning back when they shoot. Now that is just panic, and is definitely trainable.

Also, too many are horribly one footed and don't care.
It's interesting that every pro skateboarder can flip a board down twenty feet of stairs with either foot and then land it, controlling the thing in the air as they go. Why? Because the market says they have to, or find another job.

Football training is still too easy. There was a kid recently gave up playing for Birmingham City to be a boxer. He said that football conditioning is a joke in comparison. Not surprised.
