Ukraine put 10 men behind the ball, even the best would struggle to break them down, and lets not forget england created plenty.

unique, an average at best ukraine side have twice given hodgson's england the run around. they absolutely dominated in the summer and were certainly the better side last month too. england desperately lucky not to lose

poland is without best player blaszczykowski ,its a huge blow as he is very creative midfielder . we usually play good against good teams and sh1t against sh1tty ,during euros we draw with russia and gerece and lost to czech but recently we are underperforming during big events where playing quite well in qualifications  ,bfore euros at home with similar team  we draw with germany 2-2 ,mexico1-1 porugal 0-0 ,won with second sqaDED argentina 2-1, lost to france 0-1 lost to italy 0-2
in europe we are on the level of teams from second tier like sweden ukraine maybe denmark or belgium swicerland (but we usually beats those mugs).dont compare us to scotland please(nothing against scots ,they always fight hard but we r bit better)

historically we always struggle with england ,but match is in  big full hostile stadium . i expect draw or england wins, but, depends on english squad,if quick and young we will struggle more than against old guard of gerrars and other millners etc. butpoland sometimes can play quite well,so  difficult to call ,without blaszczykowski tough match for us

if you remember borussia city match, blaszykowski and piszczek  were making riots on the right. piszczek will play, but as i said kuba blaszykowski  is huge blow for us.

Poland are  not great, if i was to have my arm twisted i would go with the draw.

None of the negative opinions about England here are objective, they are silly and hate-filled (someone having a go at England for winning against the hosts, because the hosts managed a shot that was cleared off the line ).

JC, i don't think they are negative, i think they are honest, world class players that play for England would be Hart and Cole. Gerrard is on the wain and Rooney is well as a striker not world class but a excellent player all the same. If you can't keep the ball you will struggle, Italy absolutely obliterated ye in the Euro's, haunted to get it to peno's, Ukraine been the better side the last two against ye and they are not up to much. Do you really think England are at the top table of international football?????

Cahill, Lescott and Jagielka would be the best defenders in the Spain, Brazil, German and Italian teams. Glen Johnson was one of the best right-backs at the Euro's, if someone wants to tell me somebody that performed better?

Gerrard was one of the best midfielders in the Euro's, and I should know, I watched every game. Wilshire, Oxlade-Chamberlain and others have potential. Cleverley must be technically deficient, what with him playing for Man United most games

Rooney is world-class, he just needs to sort his head out, and fitness. If Rooney played in Spain for Barca or Real he'd score several hat-tricks a season, the same way Messi and Ronaldo would score a lot less in a league that hasn't been completely monopolised by two teams.

Italy also obliterated Germany, and to a lesser extent, the Spanish. At least we got to penalties, and should of won those, what with us being ahead. How can you be obliterated if you draw 0-0? Other sides would of collapsed in the face of the pressure Italy put on us, for example Germany in the next match?

And Ukraine the better side? Did you watch the games? In the Euro's we were very comfortable, again, I should know, I was balls deep on England and am a very tense punter. In the second game we deserved a draw, and played well in the second half.

England aren't at the ''top table'' but then neither are Italy, Germany or Holland, if I am to assume by top table you mean actually winning something, and not just getting owned in a final by the Spanish.

Problem is fella England have not been within an asses roar of a final. Jagieka, Cahill and Lescott, are you serious, they defend well yes but offer nothing going forward, ie they don't take the ball out of defence, do not say any of those three are world class. Glen Johnson , yes he had a good euros, the lad CANNOT defend for toffee. Rooney has had long enough to sort himself out and it is embarrassing to mention him in the same light as Ronaldo and Messi.

Wilshere and Ox Chamberlain have potential, far more than Cleverly for me, again all unproven.

Look it is all opinions and i respect you defending your country but mate i just don't see them in the top ten countries in the world.

I can't see England loosing this one. Poland has only 3 good players - Błaszczykowski, Lewandowski and Piszczek (starting from the best). They are good enough to play in first team in Dortmund. (Błaszczykowski will not play against England because of injury!!!!!!!!!!!!).
There is also Obraniak - decent, but very unpopular in team.

All other twats are poor as ****. Not even Championship level.

Dont like England too much but in this game the only pick is England. Poland without their engine is just waytoo much. During euro2012 poland showed they dont have a lot of quality. Lewandowski is usefull but only when he gets balls and receives support so without kuba dont expect much of them.

they are poor even by recent england sides though. you'd struggle to have much confidence in anyone other than hart, cole and rooney. even 5, 10 and 15 years ago there would have been at least 5 or 6 very good international class players in the side which isn't the case at the moment
