Trevor grinds my gears 
Just cannot fathom what is going on in somebody's head, when they
look at their new born and say "I know! Let's call him Trevor!"

In a less politically correct era, in our vocab a "Trevor" was a "spaz" - following a young lad called Trevor appearing on Magpie in a wheelchair done up like Starsky and Hutch's car.
In a similar vein I was staggered the other day to find a teenager that had no idea that a "Joey" was slang for a "spaz" and that it eminated from Joey Deacon who was featured on Blue Peter.
I assume the intention of it was to educate kids regarding disability issues however all I recall is everyone making fun of it.

Christ where do you start? Probably by going through footballers names there are a lot of sh1t ones about! Wayne, Dwayne, Jermaine, Terry, Gary, Ian, Kevin, Justin, Darren, Dale, Graham, Colin, I'd better stop as that has probably insulted half the forum!

She was born bald and wears a wig. We'll call it Maple. Brian is abit dated, but look at what some people call their kids ie Beckham. Kids have to live with that all their lives.

Mate of mine called his little girl Maggie. Surely that is an old womans name and not suitable for a new born kid.Also can't help but think of Thatcher whenever i hear the name.

My dad was called Keith but can anyone imagine a 5 year old called Keith these days?!
