usually if a match is abandoned then if its in 2nd half it should be settled as a full result, according to FIFA, at least in tournaments

if its played within 3 days of it starting bets will stand, if is restarted from scratch within 3 days then all matched bets will still stand, so if they rescheudle within the next few days and play the last 10 to 15 minutes of each it will be back in play as it was left
