I seem to remember Coventry drawing with Norwich 5-5
at Highfield Road but that may have been about 30
years ago.
Report Quatsch September 25, 2012 4:26 PM BST
I know of a match between the Netherlands and Belgium which ended 5 - 5, back in 1999.

cunningplan, you are probably right, my memory is a bit
sluggish from 35 years ago, that would be the match I
was thinking of. Good memory you have, better than mine,
I seem to remember bits of events from a long time ago !!

Dundee Utd 5, Hearts 6.

I've been to a 6-6 game, albeit after extra time.

Tranmere 6 Newcastle 6. ZDS Cup. Aldridge and Quinn scored hat tricks. We won on penalties.

Man City fans from the mid/late 80's may recall a game when three hat trick's were scored.
Report mafeking September 28, 2012 1:00 AM BST
that'll be the 10-1 against huddersfield. david white one of the hatricks i think. no idea the others
Report Darlo Bantam September 28, 2012 1:45 AM BST
Tony Adcock was one of the others. I think earier the same season Gillingham had beat Aldershot about 12-0.

Huddersfield were also involved in a 7-6 defeat to Charlton despite being 5-1 up with 25 minutes to go and playing against 10 men.
