This "don't back teams before champions league games" theory is a myth.
Arsenal, PSG, Kiev, Olympiakos, Schalke, Malaga, Dortmund, Ajax, Barca, Man Utd, Galatasaray, Shakhtar, BATE, Bayern, Valencia and Cluj all won this weekend.
Porto, Benfica, Braga and juve didn't play.
Which means more CL sides won their games, than didn't.
