If these two had played each other ten years ago in this fixture, the home side would probably have gone off about 1.15, as there's have been at least 4 divisions separating the two teams. However, this Coventry were the worst team I have seen in a very long time at Gresty Road last Saturday, and were flattered to only lose 1-0. Since then they have drawn 0-0 with Burton from League 2 at home, and Stevenage would have to be shockingly bad not to beat them if they can't step up on those two performances.

Coventry got new manager yet? An has mcgoldrick been playing all season or just come back? Should be quality striker that level
I havent heard that they've appointed anyone. Still Shaw in charge as far as I know. He's obviously had an extra week to sort things out now, but they looked devoid of direction & leadership last week. Agree about McGoldrick, always liked the look of him earlier in his career and would expect him to bag loads of goals at this level, but he was anonymous at Crewe.

i actually think coventry are good value today, think stevenage are a lay at least.

Stevenage have suffered just one defeat in their last 20 games, winning seven and drawing 12.
The Sky Blues remain without a win this season, having lost one and drawn three, and have now gone 10 games overall without a win in the league
I haven't traded fixed odds on this game but I have sold the time of the 1st Coventry Goal @ 53 mins - Thought this may serve to consolidate other peoples opinion that Coventry may be better value than would first appear.

I am more of a spread-bettor than an Exchange player; I sold the Time of the First Coventry Goal @53 (meaning I bet on Coventry to score before 53 mins). They scored after 10 and that means I won a wapping 43 times my stake..!!! - In the euphoria I mis calculated...I actually won £1075.

No surprise Coventry went down last season, no killer instinct whatsoever.
How the mighty have fallen - Coventry getting less than Bradford or Rotherham get in League 2 now.

Coventry have "Non-league" stamped all over them. Nobody cares, slow demise, find a level at or about Blue Square Premier.
Only just got back in after an epic 65 mile bike ride over the fells North of Preston, took 5 and a half hours and am whacked, but pleased to see this one came in, even though it was only a small interest.
