Not in the first XI but City have so many games he should get a reasonable amount of game time, especially in the cups and as an impact sub.  Absolutely no chance he'll be top goalscorer though or trade much lower.

I think you'll see these players play more in the prem.

i thought silva burnt out a little towards the end of last season, so mancini will want to avoid that and the cl will be his priority i'd assume

Sinclair scored 8 in the league last season and I think 4 were penalties.  I wouldn't think he'd take them at City.

He'll probably play in the domestic cup games plus the league games before/after a big CL tie. Other than that he'll just be a last 10 minutes sub here and there.
