You're best waiting til the teams are out to see which teams will be taking the league cup seriously. Burnely, West Ham, Brum and Stoke usually take it pretty seriously, all at home Martin O'Neill at Sunderland loves the league cup too and it would be a good stage for Adam Johnson to start his career off with a bang. West Ham have some fringe players looking to stake a claim on first team places. If i were a betting man, i would go with Villa, Burnley, Norwich (scunny lost 4-0 at home at w/e), West Ham, Sunderland, Swansea. You could lay all their oppo's for 1.86.
