-1 was actually out there at Evens, now 4/6 in many places
-2 was as big a 9/4 |

Never bet against Mura, they are like the Sith. They get hammered each round and still manage to progress.

Mura have won ONE of their 6 Europa ties so far, incredible they're still in the competition. They also sit rock bottom of the Slovenian league with the worst defensive record, this is a nailed on away win

lazio can send 4th squad there and play something like 0-0
and then destroy them at home 7-0 |
|
By:
They've named a fairly strong squad and the new manager Petkovic will want to get a decent win in his first game.
Portieri: Marchetti, Bizzarri, Berardi; Difensori: Biava, Cavanda, Dias, Konko, Scaloni; Centrocampisti: Cana, Ledesma, Onazi, Mauri, Candreva, Lulic, Hernanes; Attaccanti: Floccari, Kozak, Rocchi, Zarate, Klose. Any 11 from that lot should win easily. |

Mura's home ground doesn't meet UEFA regulations so this game will be played at Maribor.
Not sure that will be a factor. |
|
By:
from a previous trip there, Maribor is a nice ground, probably nicer than Mura's setup, so cant see this being an issue
this team have progressed v Arsenal Kyiv however only due to an illegible player and being awarded a 3-0 win they shouldnt be in at this level, and will get caught out home and away by at least -1 in Slovenia and at least -3 in retun game in italy |

I agree with you, the problem is those arguments were equally valid for all the other games. They've been roundly thrashed in every round and yet they are still here.
I'd be checking if the owner had a copy of Faust. |

Lazio should definitely win easily on paper. But I've been stung many times by lazy Italian teams who have under-performed in away legs of banker European ties. Either by failing to cover a handicap, drawing 0-0, or letting in sloppy late goals to draw.
It would be some achievement for Lazio not to beat this Mura mugs though! |

anyone know if the players have ever been involved in a betting scandal?

Lazio players laying themselves (nap)

I appreciate it does depend on how Lazio apply themselves in this match, same as any bet would, but when you look that a team sitting 6th in Ukrainian league beats them 5-0 over two leagues, one match with 10 men for second half, then you have got to fancy a 2nd string Lazio team to do them -1 away at least

lazio didnt exactly bust a gut, some comments above were indeed quite close to the mark, anyway the -1 came through, -2 would have been a nice bonus
