You can only do it if you use the new site. Go to prem league winner 2012/13, pick team & then click on multiples in the window on right hand side. Then the same for la liga

You have to do it as if picking a single & then it gives an option to put in a multi. (only on the new site though)

its coming up as 2 singles when i click on multiples in the window on right side it just shows man u my first pick :(

 I go to English Football > Barclays Premier League > Winner 2012 - 2013 and select Man Utd and then i go to spanish league and choose Real Madrid |

Stay on the new site. when you pick utd, it will give you an option to select multiple in the bet window
