Did you not get a automated reply from Betfair? Saying that they received your email. I actually find them (Betfair) ok when it comes to responding to queries. Just try emailing them again

Bit harsh Leo. To be fair, someone who's been a customer for over 4 years should probably feel within their rights to expect a reply within 4 days!!
To the OP though, why not just ring them and get an aswer in seconds rather than wait days for an email reply? |

That's my point, you should be getting a response much sooner, but they are shocking at customer service. I used to focus all my betting here. Now I use it as a last means back up only if I need to hedge.

Betfair has always responded very quickly to my emails on here. They are definitely on par with hills and paddy in terms of responsiveness, in my experience. Maybe standards have slipped, but I haven't seen much sign of it in my recent correspondence.

I rang them to complain and threatened to leave and low and behold i got an answer to my email, and guess what ITS MY FAULT !!!!!! Dear Will, Thank you for your e-mail. Firstly I would like to apologise that you feel you have not received the level of service of which you have come to expect from Betfair. Having checked our records I can see that (including this last e-mail) you have sent four e-mails to Betfair in the last four days and you have received a reply to each one of those e-mails. Whether you are receiving those e-mails, is a separate matter and it is possible that these may go directly into your 'junk/spam' folder. Unfortunately, this is something that you would need to look into at your end to find out why this is happening or why you are not receiving the responses which we are providing. With regards to our customers who are using the forum and stating how unhappy they are with Betfair currently, unfortunately the Forum is not run by Betfair and is moderated by TSE Global. As I'm sure you are aware, we have a Site Feedback Forum which is monitored by our Community Manager who will look to assist any customers queries, if possible. If our Community Manager is not able to assist with any queries, they will be raised to the relevant teams to assist and contact the customer(s) directly. Once again, I'm sorry to hear that you are thinking of leaving due to the level of service you feel you have received. Should you have any specific enquiry, then please do not hesitate to contact us. This will be of absolutely no consolation to you but i emailed them earlier today about Peterhead v Rangers and they replied and acted on it within a couple of hours.

Tbf on them, the other companies don't have Bob ringing them on speed dial every 2nd minute, the other minute he spends emailing them

I e-mailed BF yesterday morning with a simple request; received a response from the HelpDesk at 9am - request being forward to Market Operations. One and a half days later and still no further response from BetFair and NO ACTION!!
