not been paid out yet japan v morocco

hi guy before i phone them just seeing if anyone else has had the same problem i back team gb south korea and japan in a treble today i still havent had my pay out when i go into my bets to check the status is south korea and gb as won but the japan game as just matched . anyone had any issues ?
