The Geeks Toy could do that but now its not free anymore. Also, I am on a low bandwidth connection and the geeks toy is permanently streaming all the market info which takes lots of bandwidth.

as doe the 'live scores' on the laddies site. has a bell 'ding' go off when a goal goes in and you can pick and choose exactly what games you want to follow
flashscore.com does the same, has 'My Markets' section so that you can chose just the matches you want. Tells you red cards and half time/full time whistle as well.
