Hi. I have little budget so I want to reduce volatility as much as I can, so that I don't get wiped out if I have a stroke of bad luck.

So, would betting low odds (no more than 3.0) reduce volatility??? I see many high odds that I think are worth it, but even though they could be, volatility in the long run would be higher right???

Yes, it would reduce volatility. However as you hint at, in my experience the majority of the value is to be had at high odds.
