There aren't any stats because these are qualifiers for next years tournament which will be the first time it's ever been held. So nothing previous to go off here.
But Macau has a population of about half a million, Japan has a population close to 130 million, this is a no contest.

Just tried to lay 0-0 HT at 11. Couldn't get matched and it's up to 14. Crazy.

I put the formula into excel and dragged down mate, 100 bets = 638919.2994 minus commission! 10% of the way.
