Throw in the issues with Adobe Flashplayer and it truly is a very expensive kick in the ghoolies. Plus all decent add ons are Apple only produced where a HDMI will suffice with a standard laptop, it's Apple TV at £90 vs £1 for HDMI etc - and Sky Go and whacking it on the TV, no chance.

Of course he´s a visionary, he has created a big bussiness to take money from rich or stupid wannabe people, that´s what he wanted and that´s what he makes, of course the products are over their real value but that´s apple, you pay more for less, and after three years you will have to renew the equipment cause they update their Os X and their product´s life is never more than 3 or 4 years, it´s a never ending chain, need to update the Os, cause new software dont work anymore, but it will become a point that the new Os will not work cause they will change something in the new products hardware and new Os will not work in your "old" gear, that it will make your gear outdated and useless, as a bussiness man he`s a genious, you pay more for their products cause they are "cool", and you have to pay again after 3 or 4 years cause is useless, GREAT BUSSINESS, if you use standard PC or windows your gear life can be easily 8 or 10 years before you have to renew, and even more if you just want to navigate or make a home computer use, with apple in three years ipads from first generation will be a decorative, you will not be able even to browse the net, you hardly can with an apple product from 2008, very limited, well ipads are limited from the first day without having "flash", well people likes to be the "coolest" stupid

Don't see the need for an ipad. I've got an iphone and i've got a macbook, that covers everything for me.

I've won 6iPads on betfair over the last 18months, so for me they are great to give as presents, or sell on for a nice wedge. Kept one for myself. But I would never have bought one myself

I can use the supposed full site by going to 'full site' at the bottom of the apple version of Betfair. However, quite quickly it loses functionality i.e you can't get a full screen view or you'll be doing something in full site mode which then reverts to Apple version mode...throw in not being able to view racing because of the flaws in video technology, and the site is a complete not entity.

As for Jobs being a genius, wrong in my book.

Once these mugs wake up and realise its no better than having a bloody Acer in the guise of a Gucci, repeat custom will go.

I for one would never buy any Apple product ever again (not that I ever bought one if the first place).

And now today my earphones have stop working - well the left one...apparently a fault on Apples behalf due to engineers wanting to keep the iPad slim and compromising on earphone jack quality.

FFS this thing is truly a piece of crap.
