1)charlie is a genuine new account holder,and enjoying his betfair expericence and likes having a bit of banter on here,in which caseslag people off for what they post,but if all new account holders are picked on ,dismissed - then where do we get future forumites,customers.he may be 18 or new to gambling,or a convert from the shops,which it makes it all the more important acc open dates shouldnt be used against forumites.
