As holders do Chelea have to pre-qualify for next years tourney (taking Tottenham's 4th)? Or do Arsenal now have to do so instead (Chelsea taking Man City's 1st)?

i think it's mainly to do with the division of tv money. also fecks up the schedule if one country has 3 teams playing on 1 night.
if uefa had their way no country would getting as many as 4 spots let alone 5. |
